Kenneth is an Associate with the Litigation team. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with considerable experience in Debt Recovery, Property Conveyancing, banking litigation, Estate Planning and Succession, data protection, land litigation, corporate litigation and employment. • Acting for 18 financial institutions in a copyright infringement suit in which the Plaintiffs allege that the Banks infringed on their copyright by rolling out agent assisted financial services and use of Point of Sale based technology platforms for agency banking.
