The firm hires law graduates from all across the country. The firm takes the training and development of new lawyers very seriously and aims to develop lawyers with a sense of responsibility, legal ability and commercial awareness.

The firm also encourages its lawyers to do secondments with clients and with international law firms.

The firm also has a requirement for legal training on an ongoing basis for qualified lawyers of varying degrees of seniority and conducts weekly in-house trainings.

On an annual basis the firm takes on Clerkship students from the Law Development Centre and interns from Makerere University Kampala.
