Advising on the transfer of communications towers, sites and associated facilities of MTN Uganda to ATC Uganda Limited (a joint venture company between MTN Uganda Limited and American Tower Corporation). Following the transfer, ATC Uganda Limited became the largest owner and operator of tower sites in Uganda.
