Advising Citibank Uganda Limited, Standard Chartered Bank Uganda Limited, Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited and East African Development Bank on the financing in the sum of USD 115 million of a project for power generation and the expansion of a sugar processing plant. Loan Market Association documentation was used.
